Go back to where you started and add some more layers. The infill type will also dictate how the layers respond. So 50% with 7-8 layers and see how it goes.

What are your temps and speeds?
Will try that and get back to you.
Printing at 35 mm/s so very slow.

Temps:
60c bed
195c PVA (Raft)
210c PETg

You may want to look at the PTEG temp. Maybe more in the range of 230-250. What is the printer?

Try printing with a lower temperature.
