I want a linear pattern about the External Fill pattern.
Like IdeaMaker.

That is the rectilinear pattern. Just set it to rectilinear and it should look the same as ideamaker. It looks like your current S3D settings were using concentric.

note that Simplify3D will always print the perimeters first so if you have 6 shells first they will be printed and then what's left will be filled with whatever infill you chose
