print different parts separately

Hello,

I want to print a structure with several cylinders (they are separate but the position between each is fixed). The gcode generated from the software (ReplicatorG) is printing the first layers of all the cylinders and then going up to the next layers. However, I want to finish printing one cylinder and then the next one. What can I do to reach the goal?
