Duet Wifi Printer Crashed into Bed

Just tried S3d for the first time. I think I set it up correctly and sliced a small test circle. It went through the motions, home all then mesh bed level then went in a circle towards x25 y25 ish and then just dove into the bed and crashed! Here is the first part of the G code;

Well, it looks like you have 2mm of vertical lift. So the printer lifts to Z=2.18mm, then moves to X=41.159mm Y=46.352mm, then it lowers back down to the normal printing height of Z=0.18mm. So that all looks normal to me.

If your printer runs into the bed when moving to Z=0.18mm, then you might want to check your endstop position or the auto-level calibration, because that shouldn't happen normally.

The machine homes and does a bed mesh calibrate perfectly on its own. When S3D tries to do the same it does not work. It uses the x endstop as 0 not -22 and as for the Z probe now after changing mm/mn to mm/s it now hovers about 21mm off the bed when it tries to print. This is very disappointing to pay for software and have to wait so long to get answers! :x :x :x
