Extrusion Multiplier help

What do most of you have your multiplier set at? Ive had my extruder calibrated before i got S3D and Cura used to print fine, the only way i seem to not get blobs or pimples is when i use like a .8 extrusion multiplier, from other videos and things it seems really low and im worried about weak prints as well as im not getting a solid touching infill anymore.

I probably wouldn't try to tune your extrusion multiplier based on the blobs and zits you are seeing. Those are most likely due to retraction settings, not the extrusion multiplier.

Probably need more info. What printer, filament etc.
