wi3 plus quality issue on one side of plaform

Hi all,



New user to s3d and getting the printing issue below on the left side of my print.

Strange thing is, If I print two of these tops side by side, the right one is fine, however the left side top displays edges like below.

Any ideas? Could it be slight over extrusion? Doesn't explain why it doesn't happen on the exact same design on the left side of the bed though so abit confused.

Hi there,
This could be because of retraction settings. Basically your printer is starting a new line of plastic and it overextrudes a small amount onto the initial starting point. If I remember correctly (Because I am no Pro) you can try combat this by including the "Coast At End" feature as well as maybe increasing your retraction distance a little. This is primarily a retraction problem, I am pretty certain about that.
