Weird lines

Does anyone know why I get these weird bandings or what ever they are called?

Re: Weird lines

I think that is the layer stop/start points. You may be able to change the start point setting and see if it makes a difference.

Re: Weird lines

only one axes? only one wall? or you get them on all axes and all walls?

this looks like a microstepping issue some drivers have at lower speeds so they skip steps, depending on your driver solution vary (if that's the culprit), for drv8xxx you need to add few external diodes, for alegro you need to switch it to "always mixed decay" ..
gcodestat integrates with Simplify3D and allow you to
Calculate print time accurately (acceleration, max speed, junction deviation all taken into consideration)
Embed M117 codes into G-Code
Upload your G-Code directly to Octoprint
open source and unlicence

Layer start stop?
I am realatively new to 3D printing, would you be so kind to help me out a bit more? how do I do that?

Re: Weird lines

In the Settings Layer tab there's a section headed Start Points. The descriptions are self explanatory and if you hover on the radio buttons for a second or two then tooltips will appear that give a little more info.
