Model error on first load

I'm currently trying to tune S3D to print a complicated model well. This means I'm constantly opening the software and changing something in the process, then doing another test print.

I've found that if I print the model that loads when I open S3D I get a bad print, holes in one part of the model are filled with infilll.

However, if I remove that model and reload the exact same one, then it prints just fine.

Latest S3d, Windows 7-64 Pro, 8GB RAM, Radeon 7470

Re: Model error on first load

The situation is not clear for me ...

- you launch S3D with a implemented model
then you have changed settings and print out the modell with issues, another changing of settings and print out well.
Is this right?
- after closing S3D you open another time the program an the old settings are installed

if it is so, then go to menue Tools > Options and check on the box Save and Restore ...

Re: Model error on first load

Sorry, should have been more clear.

Load model
preview print
save gcode to SD card
save factory file
close S3D
do test print
open S3D
model still loaded from before
change some print setting
preview now has errors
exit preview
remove model
import same STL file
preview
now is ok
save to SD card
save factory
close S3D
