Blobs on my 3d print

Hello guys, I've been messing around with my 3D printer for a while, using the troubleshooting guide to solve most of my problems.
But there is a problem I couldn't fix: there is stringing and blobs between the parts of my print. I have tried different retraction/coasting settings, but the result is pretty much the same.
My printer is an Anet A6, the material I'm using is PLA, with the following settings:
Temp: 200ºC
Bed: 60ºC
Movement speed: 100mm/s
Printing speed: 50mm/s
Retraction distance: 1mm
Retraction speed: 100mm/s
No coasting no wipe nozzle

Yeah I know, but I have tried increasing the retraction length/speed and adding some coasting, and it just keeps doing the same. Should I change anything else?

I would try lowering the retraction speed. 100 mm/s seems pretty high. I usually use retraction settings of 40mm/s max. Your problem could be the rapid pulling and pushing of the filament in the hot end and clogging it up a bit, causing it to blob like that.
