"Start printing at height" and Bottom Solid Layers

It appears that the software it adding the number of layers in the Bottom Solid Layers in the Layer tab regardless of the "Start printing at height" setting on the Advanced tab. So if I am restarting a print that was stopped and I have 5 bottom layers set, it is treating the new start height as the "Bottom" of the part for the number of solid layers. Can anyone verify this is true for me and if so, can we request that the software evaluation of bottom layers be done before the evaluation of the Advanced start height so that the restarted print runs as if you were starting from that height without adding the extra features? I haven't tried, but it occurred to me that setting the Bottom Layer to 0 might work, but I would rather not have to change anything in the settings except the start height when restarting. With a complicated process setup there's already too many things to keep track of without adding another into the mix!

I'm new to S3D but I think that your thought is right, that it does handle the "bottom layers" at "start printing at height"... as new bottom layers.
And this is right to my logic.
If you dont want it, then set the bottom layer settings or the infill so that it matches to the rest.
I know its a bit more to change (2 settings) but there is no way around.

To make it clear to you: what should anyone do, that needs these extra "bottom layers" on a higher started printed object?
If the software is changed the way you like it, then these people have no option to do this, just because you dont want to change 2 more settings
