As a user, I would like the ability to define the final top layers of my print to be drawn in a spiral pattern. When i am making round (cylindrical) parts especially, it would be nice to have a consistent pattern for the top layers that mimic the parts shape.
Another option would be to fill the top layer with lines radiating from the center... that is a stretch goal, but would be cool. It would be like a radial herringbone pattern. Where you divide the surface into every smaller pie pieces each time (after the first 4) moving slightly out from the center so that the starting points do not overlap.
I know you are thinking WTF, but seriously, this is not free software. Work it like you mean it.
