print infill without perimetes

Hello everyone :D

My question is about Printing only infill without perimters.
Indeed, I am using simplify 3D for a non-FDM process where sometimes the infill without perimters is required.
Do you think it is possible ? I tried to figure-out the settings to achieve that. Unfortunatelly without success.

Thanks a lot,
Best Regards,
Paolo.

quick test between slicers I use the most:
  • With Simplify3D - not possible
  • With CraftWare - not possible
  • With Slic3r - Yes, it is possible
  • With Cura - Yes, it is possible
Used cars search engine
  • TT UP Plus 2 / Smoothieware
  • M150 / Smoothieware
  • Custom (mendel) / Smoothieware
  • Custom (darwin) / Smoothieware
  • Custom (darwin) / Marlin
  • Custom (darwin) / Replicape

Re: print infill without perimetes

... and I have another idea:

If the printer is equiped with a Dual-Extruder, than you can set 2 processes, one for the perimeters and one for infill.

And the trick is to print the first process "empty" will say without filament.
The printer is moving all lines for process One but there are no perimeters.

Have a try!
