Support Problem

I'm facing another problem with this model not printing correctly "perhaps lack of supports!". Please have a look at the attachedphoto.

0% Infill
.18 Layer Height
Support option is checked

Your one line description and single photograph is insufficient for anyone to be able to give you any good advice.

Please create a factory file of the model and attach it to a post on this thread. That way, someone can take a good look at EVERYTHING relating to your model and how it is set up to print.....and hopefully provide an answer for you.

I say factory file....not the .fff file or .stl file....the .factory file, created from the file menu====>Safe Factory file. And do load the model and the profile first!

See the attached and modified factory file.....

You had no infill...which is disastrous for top surfaces in general. I've add infill of 30% (I think). I've also adjusted the supports you put in to ensure a good edge for bridging that I've added for all of the upper surfaces.....a line of close support columns along the front and one top layer of 100%. I've switched on bridging so the first layer of each overhang bridges from the main body to on top of the dense support. This should improve the extrusions around the first layer of each overhang.

I will look closely at your changes to better understand what I did wrong. Then I will try printing the model either tomorrow or Monday.

You have me intrigued by this model....which is obviously a model of a building. Its called West Park....but what is it? Where is it? And what scale is it?

It's a hospital in Toronto, Canada. The scale in Revit was 1/8" - 1' and in S3D it's at 24%.
Are you located in the UK?

So it's 1:400 scale......an architectural model scale.

The reason I asked was that I do most of my printing in 1:450 scale for T Gauge model railways......and I sort of recognised the scale was similar! Here's a link to a video of my last completed masterpiece: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ys_C2RPribc

I guess the video answers your question....I am in the UK.
