I bought S3D almost three years ago and then never got my Mach3 printer finished. However my 14 year old grandson is in a STEM program using AutoCAD and Inventor, and has a robotics class too. So a 3D printer seemed like a good Christmas present. I got him a Wanhao I3 Duplicator. He got sick Christmas day and we didn't get a chance to play with it, but a couple days later he sent me some pictures showing he got it to print from the SD card provided G-code programs on his own. So today I transferred S3D to his computer and was very impressed that the S3D configuration for that printer gave us a perfect part part with no changes! We also have a CNC vertical/horizontal mill/lathe/4th axis machine too. Yes we can make that!
