Model manipulation after support creation

I seem to have uncovered a problem but perhaps it's unique.

Cause

Use the utility to generate support for a model. After the supports are created, rotate the model 180degrees in the Z axis. Everything seems OK and the supports rotate with the model as expected.

Symptom

After the rotation, the model will no longer slice, it just hangs. Removing the supports and regenerating them resolves this.

Resolution

Assuming that this is a bug, I think that either the application should recalculate the supports or remove them (ideally the former)

This is version 4.0.1

Re: Model manipulation after support creation

Same here and the issue can be reproduced 100% of the time.
I just spent 4 hours manually placing support structures on a very complex model and an other 2 hours trying to find out why it won't slice. As soon as you rotate the model after (or while) placing supports all goes well untill you start slicing. After that the CPU will hit near 100% and won't stop untill you force a shutdown of the software. I also tried exporting the supports and then importing them back but that didn't help either.

Why change rotation after placing supports?
Well by default the supports are square and they don't line up very nicely on non-square models. Especially on the edges of a ramped object this sometimes leaves artefacts on the sides of the print that require a lot of cleaning. This becomes worse if you use bigger supports and I really don't want to manually place 1 mm supports on a 0.5 kg print.
