S3D stops working when prepairing to print ANY stl

I have not got a corrupted file, I even made a simple box 20x20x5 just 6 faces to make sure it was not triangle count.

I hit the button to prepair to print and it comes up " SIMPLI~1.EXE has stopped working " , it has been fine since I installed about 2 weeks ago, version is the latest 4.0.1, system is windows 10 64bit.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, 2nd time uninstalling the licence aswel then running winaso registery cleaner to fix any system errors, when loading it still has all the presets I made and the last model so something is not uninstalling, what do I have to do to get this softwre to work again?

You might want to send the S3D people an email with the crash log, computer details, etc. This sounds like a pretty odd issue, so they will probably be able to help more.

Just use the standard windows event viewer to find the crash log
