Yup.
I've fallen afoul of this more times than I care to count, before I realised what was going on.
Before you start getting lots of crashes when editing/saving profiles, write down your settings (if you need to keep them) and delete this profile ASAP.
Note: Although this profile is corrupt, it might not be the only one.
It's a good idea (IMHO) now and again, to export your profiles in order to keep them safe - because if S3D gets too messed-up, you have to reset the whole flipping program and you lose any stored profiles, damaged or otherwise.
Why am I here?
Because no matter how super-careful you are with naming and how lovingly you treat S3D, it will occasionally screw-up a profile; apparently for the hell of it.
I just changed a PLA printing profile (one I've used for months) from my left extruder to the right extruder - POW! Corrupt.
Cannot even export it (sometimes you can export a profile, delete it, then import it and that fixes the issue) - as soon as I try to do anything with it - S3D turns up its toes.
Hey, it's not like I have a printing-related job interview on Tuesday morning and I need to get several big prints finished by then.
Oh wait, I do!!
The only advice we ever seem to get from the company is to delete the profiles and reset the program. As you can only export *ONE* profile at a time, this can take AGES if you have more than half a dozen.
This situation truly sucks!
I would not mind so much, but this program was bought with my own money. I love it when it works, but at times like this, I'm thinking I probably should have stuck with the OS slicers...
