printer=da vinci pro
filament=taulman nylon bridge
s3d settings=custom nylon(higher temp)/high quality
it may be coincidental but when I changed over to a high quality (lower speed) print setting I saw this problem come up.
the attached photo was how xyz printing sent me the fitting configuration. it shouldn't be angled and I recognize this so I took the zip tye off and reoriented it normal to the print plane. it didn't seem to help the problem actually.
and just to be clear it's coming out of the last section of the tubing not at the fitting.
any advise? help? is it really the lower speed that's causing this? It almost seems like the feed is pushing it at a rate higher than what it is extruding so thus creating a "bunching" in the hot end and then the path of least resistance is where the tubing isn't secured. would make sense but wanted to check and to see how to overcome this. thanks!
