Help, Upgraded to WIN10 (big mistake)

Machine: Wanhao duplicator i3

Please help me figure out how to solve this issue. I tried the followings:
1. Rebooted Windows
2. Rebooted the printer
3. Use shorter USB cable
4. Change Baud Rate from 115200 to 57600

Nothing has helped...

Printer was working fine on WIN8

Reinstall software & drivers. Also make sure the com port is the correct one. You'll need to go to device manager to verify.
