Angled supports

Need ability to have custom angle supports. Waste of print time and speed when you are printing 500 mm tall and you have to build a support all the way from the bed for something that could start 20 mm down at a 45 degree angle off the build.

Can you post a photo of the print you are referring to showing the desired supports vs the ones that got added by default?

I don't know if this exactly what the OP was talking about but here is an stl for a part that I tried to print a while back, the cone angles are 75 degrees so they need support, but that support doesn't need to come all the way from the previous cone.
