Feature request : extruder speed controls

Allow changes to the extruder motor speed. When upgrading to a geared extruder (such as a E3D titan) the extrusion rate decreases for added torque. For example:

Stock Direct Drive extruder is a 1:1 gear ratio
Geared extruder is 1:3 ratio (would need to increase motor speed 3x to achieve correct extrusion rates)

You can already adjust the steps/mm values in the Tools > Firmware Configuration window as explained in your other post:
