Windows 10 and Wireless printing

I am using Simplify3d 4.01 and an XYZ DaVinci Pro 3in1 on a Windows 10 PC.

I am trying to use the software wirelessly (works fine via USB). On my PC, I can not get the software to see the printer. However, if I install a fresh copy on my laptop or into a VM (on the PC), it sees the printer just fine. The systems are all on the same network. On the Machine Control Panel, when it detects the printer, it finds the printer @ 10.9.8.76:9100. My PC is @ 10.9.8.50 and the port field never fills.

I have tried uninstalling both Simplify3d and XYZ software and re-installing. I am noticing that an uninstall does not remove everything as settings are carried over to the new install.

Looking for any thoughts on how I can get the Simplify3d software to see the printer.

Re: Windows 10 and Wireless printing

I just installed Simplify3D and had similar connection issues. I had to disable my VMWare virtual network adapters to get it to connect. I can now connect in the Machine Control Panel but I can't figure out how to print over wireless. To make matters worse, Simplify3D crashes when I try to print over USB. :(
