Taz 6 ZDual print offset settings?

I'm just about to give up. I've tried everything I can think.

I know the machine configuration and firmware settings are installed for the dual print head. That's about it.

With original settings, the test squares would print, the inner one quite a bit lower than the other - not inside of each other. It looked right on preview, but didn't print right.

I got S3D to print the test squares correctly by setting the Tool Head Offsets for Tool 1 to X: 0 Y: -50 and clicking 'Apply tooldhead offsets to G-code cooridnates', but the preview looked like the inner square would be way too far up and not inside each other.

So I went with that and tried to use the second toolhead to print support structures. It just prined the way too far down from the main structure.
So I unclicked 'Aply toolhead offsets to G-code'. Same result.
So I changed my Y to 0 on Tool 1. Same result.

I'm flabberghasted. Some help please? I'm not very good at the actual g-coding. More of an end-user. Just FYI
