Re: Gaps between outer wall and infill

I'm glad you posted a new thread and also shared the factory file. Looks like you're getting some awesome feedback now.

Re: Gaps between outer wall and infill

Did you ever resolve this issue? I have been really struggling resolve this myself. I have huge gaps all over my parts between the perimeter and infill. I sliced and print the same part in Slic3r and it works perfectly. I matched settings as best I could and still have not been able to resolve this. My printer is a Rostock Max V2. I'm really not sure where to go from here. I love the software but just can't seem to produce good parts. It must be a something I'm missing in the settings. Either that or it truly is a slicing issue.

His problem was definitely hardware related.
You should start a new thread with picture and maybe factory file.

x2

start a new thread, give us some clear pictures and a factory file.

on another note you have to remember that slic3r and s3d are completely different software. while the process settings may do the same things between the two the math and how each one of them works that all into slicing is completely different. values matched from one to the other dont mean anything.
