Adding supports added a slight angle to base

Looks like I mis-configured something. What do I need to do to have the entire base supported to its a level print and not at a 2% angle that these supports created?

my guess is the model was not flat on the table.. Check this post out viewtopic.php?f=8&t=10108

LOL that is my post that I forgot about. Yay Alzheimers! In both cases the bottom does not have anything parallel to the bed to choose. I wish we could drag from one side of the bottom to the other then Simplify3D could average out the bottom and lay the total calculation flat on the bed instead of just using one small piece.

Oh I should have added that I did discover the model was not 100% flat on the build table in Simplify3D and trying to pic something on the bottom did not help because of the million triangles that comprise the bottom, not one was parallel to the build plate.

you have to use the position and rotation controls to make it sit flat.. Double click the model and the window will pop up on the right
