I am new and I pushed a button and now there is two process in the box where there was one befor and I can not figure out why it is there and will it be an issue

I'm not sure how you got an extra process....it certainly wouldn't ( or shouldn't ) be due to pressing the manual support button on the side bar.

If you don't want the second process select an delete it....and if you get a question about saving the details, answer "No".

The issue is I can not figure out how to delete it.

That should be easy...….

Highlight the process you want to get rid of...and click the "Delete" button.
