Center and Arrange?

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what, but this is not my idea of centered and arranged. Can someone please advise?

Can you post the factory file? Are you using the latest v4.0.1?

I see similar behavior and it makes no sense. I end up rearranging them manually.

So how about posting a factory file? No way to offer any help otherwise...

Well for some reason, after removing all the models and re-adding them, it is now arranging them in a logical manner.
