Custom setting for layer 1-3

Hi Guys,

I am aware that you can easily change temperature setting for individual layers. I am hoping to add a custom script for layer 1 - 3 to set print speeds to 33%, decrease temperature to 215 and turn the fan to 100%.

What is the most efficient way of adding this to a profile without having to manually open the G-code in a text editor after creation, Can I use layer scripts to do this?
