Hello,

As requested to Simplify3D assistance, I've found what is the version of the plugin currently handled by Simplify3D, I've made two simple modifications to allow the following:

- Temperature of HBP can be raised above 120° C, if firmware does allow it (WARNING, ONLY MODIFIED MACHINES SHOULD RAISE ABOVE 120!)
- Temperature of Nozzles can be raised above 260° C, always if firmware does allow it (again, you've beed warned!)
- Allow the use of PWM trough the use of M126 for the EXTRA_FAN, this will work as expected only on modified firmwares

In my published repositories (on github) there is also a modified Sailfish firmware, with correct parameters and functionality for auto bed tramming (autoleveling...). Source and compiled version, of course.

The above linked plugin as beed tested on my side, but if you find a bug you're welcome. tell me (on github, open an issue or a pull request, I don't read here very often)!
