Major retraction after Z homing before print

Out of nowhere I started having this problem. No changes were made to any of the starting or ending scripts. After the Z homes, the extruder retracts ALL of the filament out of the bowden tube. I checked the gcode and found this line: G1 E-7.0000 F4800

I tried removing it and it fixed it. Any ideas why that is getting inserted, and why it would cause such a huge retraction?

Once the nozzle centers on the bed, there is another (much smaller) retraction still that I think is being caused by this line: G1 E0.0000 F1440

Here is my starting script:
G28 ; home all axes
M900 K120;

Any help would be appreciated. So far this has only happened on 1 model, but I haven't tried slicing another one yet to determine if that could be related to it.

Thanks
Charlie

Re: Major retraction after Z homing before print

This is happening on other models as well. This line is also causing huge negative retraction:
