Or on areas, where higher forces will touch the surface I want to print pillars in the model.

This is a tricky one, since I really don't have a picture of what you're printing or free body diagram to see where the projected forces are going to be coming from. There are a few things you could do though
1. Increase the infill for certain regions of the part, this is done on a height basis though. So from the start 0 mm to 10 mm tall it could be 30% infill, from 10 mm to 25 mm it could be 100% infill, then back to 30%. This is doable through creating multiple processes and using the advanced tab where it asks you "start printing height" and "stop printing height".
2. The easier way to set this up imo is to have more outline/perimeter shells, solid top layers and solid bottom layers in the layer tab. If you think about how our bones are made, they have a hard outside and soft inside, well you definitely want to increase the thickness of the outsides and having a higher infill of 50% or more for the inside wouldn't hurt.
These are the default numbers, try 5-6 for the top/bottom layers and 3-4 for perimeter shells.
