Support islands

Is there any setting to avoid small support islands? Sometimes the islands are tiny and do not stand up on their own, it would be great to autodelete islands less than 2mm.

you can use the custom support feature to see where all supports will be and remove any you don't want. For supports that are needed and on the build platform in small amounts you can add solid base layers in the support tab.. 6-8 solid base layers will allow small supports to hold without falling

I'm aware of custom supports and use them all the time. Thanks, but that does not answer my question.

Is there a way to auto-delete islands less than 2 mm? I don't believe so, and it would be nice to see that in the next version.

Try increasing the Support Pillar Resolution to 2 mm and see if that gives the results you want. Try higher values as well…..
