Problem when moving in "Y" axis

Hello,

First of all, I would like to apologize for my English mistakes, I'm from Brazil and I'm not there yet...

So, I'm working with a German RepRap 1000X and I don't know what's happening with my "Y" axis.

One problem: two situations

1- When I send the command to home "Y", sometimes the carriage bugs and stop moving after some sort of "HIT". It's not easy to explain, but I would say that seems like the carriage tries to move too fast and gets lost. After that, It doesn't move anymore. To make the carriage move in the "Y" direction again, I have to press the red button, open the printer, close the printer and press the green button again.

2- The "Y" direction it's getting a bit lost in the middle of the printing, as you can see in the picture below. Seems like it's moving in a random direction and then coming back to the right one.

Does somebody knows whats happening and how can I fix it?

Thank you so much! :)

Re: Problem when moving in "Y" axis

w down your print speed.

The axis skipping is due to your printer not being able to move as fast as it is being instructed to do by the gcode commands. This results in what you are experiencing.

Re: Problem when moving in "Y" axis

Thanks for helping!

So, I reduced the speed and the problem keeps happening. I also made some tests, it happens usually while printing more than one item or when the item is quite big. According to that, the issue is when it's moving "freely", from one item to another or from one edge that is "far away" from the other. I made a test with 6 pieces at the same time. Take a look on the result...
