DaVinci Pro 3 in 1 file export crashing

Similar issue started first print, it started with no problems but run out of filament :/
So wanted to start again and s3d getting stuck and crashes on toolpaths. Any solutions?
latest simplify3d
Win 7 64 bit
CPU i5
Printer Davinci pro 3in1
