Setting 'extruder size' in S3D

Hey everyone,

is it possible to include the size of my printhead (along with the sledge it sits on) to avoid any collisions while printing multiple parts? As I understand the max height clearence is used to tell the software how high it can print before printing the next object in order to avoid collisions, is there a similar thing for sideways collisions?
