Profile for Ender 3

So I built an ender 3 a few days ago and its great =)

Anyways I have had S3D for years and have multiple printer profiles for it. I went to add the ender 3 and see the profile, I click it and get a screen that says it has been added and the window closes I then get an immediate error saying it cant retrieve the profile from the servers. I searched and found someone having this same issue in July but it wasnt resolved. I tried contacting support and to my surprise I got a very unsatisfied response of them saying I didnt know how to use the Configuration Assistant, When I replied back the info they requested (What other printers I have profiles for, and the type of printers I have) I havent heard back from them since which I find strange as I normally have GREAT support from S3D. Anyways does anyone know how to fix this error or where i can find a profile. I found one from a guy on youtube but Ive been having a ton of issues with it. Thanks for any help!
