Missing Section on Print

Hi all,

Running 4.0.1, and I have a model giving me issues. Simple part, but about a 1/2" slice is just being skipped. Please see the attached pictures.

STL was exported from Autodesk Inventor 2018, and this doesn't seem to be related to any print settings. The repair "Identify Non-Manifold Edges" appears to identify this section.

Is this a bug in Inventor, Bug in Simplify3d, or more likely, something that I'm missing. The fixes here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/arti ... sh-errors/ didn't help.
