New printing technique.. would be nice?

Perhaps not using the kapton, but as a final layer function?

Would ofcourse need some input of how big/high your extruder is, because it is not possible to make to steep changes without the head bumping in.

Printer manufacturers will have to build better printers with faster z acc and decs with a stiffer z axis assembly for this kind of work. They should also abandon this simple point to point motion and add circular interpolation to the motion controllers. All this would help what you are doing. The software would also have to simulate the nozzle to eliminate tool interference based on the departure angle of the moves. We worked all this out in the machine tool industry over the last 58 too 62 years.
