Trying to print a go pro mount

So I've been trying for days to get this print dialed in.... and am having a TON of issues. I don't know what the problem is, so am looking for some guidance.

I am semi-new to 3d printing. I've had my printer since July.

The problem is the "curling" on the sides where the supports are. I don't get it =( I'm printing TPU at 230degree's the whole time. 60Degrees bed. 20mm/sec. I've tried printing it at 210degrees thinking it was too hot, and I tried Z-Hop to see if maybe that was it. No luck.
