Layer pause Gcode Help Please

Hi I am trying to 3d print an ipod case which has 6 magnets in it to be covered by filament but it needs a pause at 3.5 mm high
so i was hoping if anyone could help with the Gcode to pause at 3.5mm high

It is difficile to explain but easy to do

Seach for threads concerning " Post Processing "; one point for the starting is Keyboardwarriors ***Additional Terminal Commands for Post Processing *** at viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1959

Also here are existing a lot of threads like "insert nuts".
