Weird support issue

I just generated some supports and the placement before slicing looked ok but check out the result.

Your model is probably broken, try repairing it with for example netfab.

3D Builder in windows didn't find any issues. Slices ok as is in Slic3r.

Can you post the STL file and factory file?

PS the factory file will contain the stl file.....so you don't need both!

And by factory file, I mean the file with the .factory suffix...…..not the profile file, which has .fff as its suffix.

Try the attached. Shape file repaired using 3D Builder.

When using 3D Builder, you need to "Import" the shape to kick in the checking.
