Internal perimeter/ hollow core

I would be interested in establishing a second perimeter where you could establish a hollow core and a shell that has the infill.

Just an update on the idea, it does not need to be a hollow core, just a way of establishing an infill that only comes in from outside perimeter an adjustible distance, then a different infill in the core, perhaps none..... what are your thoughts?
