No Single Extrusion infill in print preview

Settings as follows but still no single infill.

External thin wall type: Allow Single extrusion walls
Internal Thin Wall Type: Allow Single extrusion infill

What am I doing wrong?

Attached is the Factory file.

Re: No Single Extrusion infill in print preview

Thank you for posting the Factory File!

The only areas of your model that could use Single Extrusion Infill would be the "cross" section in the middle near the bottom. The way your file is currently set up allows this gap to be filled with infill so this is what is occurring. If you specifically were wanting this to be filled with Single Extrusion Fill I would suggest adding a perimeter.

Re: No Single Extrusion infill in print preview

having had a look at the factory, my conclusion is that you're single extrusion working everywhere its possible to get single line extrusion!

The spokes are far too wide to get single extrusion infill.....even if you wind the infill width to an impossible 300%.

If I were setting this part up to print....I would set the infill to 100%, Infill Outline overlap to 80% and Infill extrusion width to 100%....but you don't have to take my advice if you think I'm wrong!
