I am getting a weird interference pattern on my top layer when that top layer has a hole or protrusion thru it. Attached is a test print with this pattern highlighted with a red oval. I've tried every setting imaginable, but nothing affects it. Please help.
Avoiding holes and complex geometries will mean that the infill pattern will need to usually jump around more than usual. Walk through your top solid layer line by line in the preview and you'll notice that it fills most of the layer with one pass, but the one side of the hole gets filled in after the larger portion is completed.

You may minimise this effect by adding some vertical lift in retraction......just to make sure its not the nozzle wiping across the surface of the final layer.
