Support from the bottom

What setting needs to be changed in the the process to generate support from the bottom of the model?
Check the image. Arrow shows where I want support to be, but software does not generate it.

You might try changing/lowering the support pillar resolution and see.
Also you can increase the support infill percent.

PS: If I try this part with Cura Support is generated from the bottom for the part.

nope, that doesn't do it.

The support for caves has only overflowed.
The overflowing segment does not have an effect in a print quality.
It is not necessary to care.
