Multi Color Print Problem

I'm having a problem with multi color printing with S3D I hope someone can shed some light on. I'll try to explain as best I can what's going on.

I have two processes set up, one for each color. In the first process I have it set up to stop printing at 2.10mm. In the second I have it set up to start printing at 2.10mm. When the second process starts printing it shows on the printer LCD it's at 2.25mm which is to high. I can cheat on the second process to start at 1.90mm and everything prints fine. I've read numerous tutorials and they all say the stop and start should be the same height. Does anyone have an idea as to what could be going on? Thx in advance

Re: Multi Color Print Problem

Isn't the duplex printing carried out in a 0.2-mm segment?
In the 2nd process, please set a printing startup point as 0 mm, and print it.
A difference can be determinately seen.
