Top layer path

I am having trouble figuring out how to change the way top layer is printed. I would like to print it top layer as a single extrusion, instead it prints a "solid layer" which creates an undesirable surface finish. Is this possible to control within simplify?

I have attached a factory file as reference.

I apologize, I missed this, if the top surface and edges are at the same height, yes.
