for D&D I found PLA worked better than ABS. Set you speed at 1800mmM or slower 1200mm/M would be ok as well. you only need 2 top 2 bottom and 2 shell layers. Set up supports is another story.. I will send you a link to some Factory D&D files I have printed when I get home this weekend. I printed about 250 models for a coworker as my first project (took a few months) but what you are doing is a great learning project. It took me over a month to get then hang of it. The really small ones will print better if you print 2 or 3 at once. Oh and try 1.4mm height .. .1 sounds like it would be better but i got stronger better looking results with taller layers that .1
Every model is different and supports are an art form in there on right.
