How to close outline perimeter

Good morning,
I have a problem with the attached model. How can I close the outline perimeter at the shown points? I have tried several settings on the layer tab but none worked. I've attached the factory file and the image.

Thanks a lot for any hint!

Best regards, André

Can you attach your factory file? Default settings in Simplify3D 4.1.1 look to slice this fine without any holes in the walls.

Re: How to close outline perimeter

You're getting this because you're printing with a nozzle diameter of 0.5mm or greater and the width between the hole and the outside edge of the part is less than 0.53mm...and you are using an Extrusion Width of greater than 0.53mm

There are three ways round this:

1) Change to a smaller nozzle.
2) Change the Extrusion width to manual..at 0.53mm. Other changes may be needed to compensate for this change
2) Change the design of the part so the distance is greater than 0.53mm
