Cannot align stl's coming out of Fusion360

I've read here how to use Align selected model Origins, but my models are not lining up when I use that tool. In Fusion360 they are aligned as shown here:
Fusion360 model
Fusion360 model
I am trying to print the text in a separate color from the main body of the object using Palette 2 Pro, so I need the lettering to be its own stl. In S3D 4.1, the models import and arrange themselves like this when I use Align selected model Origins:

I believe the reason for this odd alignment is in how Fusion360 assigns coordinates. Does anyone here have experience with getting Fusion360 to export separate stl's that will align in S3D?

Try a right-click on the top-level in the browser and select Save as STL.

Thanks for that. I did not know I could save all files with that method. I've been doing them one at a time. They still didn't line up that way though.

I found that I had a setting to turn the models 90 degrees on import and that was messing things up. I can now bring in most models and they align. Some still don't and I am looking to see what is different between them.

I am having this issue from Fusion 360. Have you been able to figure it out?
